Our Process
- We arrive at the scheduled time with all access and packing equipment.
- Every drapery rod, bracket and hardware position is photographed for reinstallation accuracy.
- Items are removed, labelled, and transported in protective packaging to our facility.
- Cleaning, repair, or flameproofing is performed using fabric-appropriate processes.
- Items are returned and re-installed to the exact original positions — typically 3-5 business days.
